SHIPPING

All orders are shipped out via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be provided automatically with an email notification. I ship Monday - Friday, (Excluding Holidays). Once order is shipped, it typically takes 2-7 business days depending on location. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to CANCEL your order for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to get it cancelled before the order is processed! 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES 

Due to the nature of Digital Files, Sublimation Transfers, Screen prints or DTF Transfers NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE GIVEN.

Physical Item Return & Exchange Policy - Returns are NOT accepted unless the item(s) is damaged or there was a mistake on my behalf. Items will be inspected and often photographed on my end before shipping. If you find damage to your item(s), please contact me within 3 business days of receiving item(s). You must be able to have photographed proof of the damage to the item to be issued an exchange or refund.

LOST PACKAGES & REPLACEMENTS

Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave my possession. I pack my items with care and will do my best to ensure they arrive safely!

If an item is damaged in shipping please contact me within 3 days of receiving item(s) and we will go about filing a shipping claim. You must be able to have photographed proof of the damage for a claim.

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so I can make it right. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, after that I am no longer liable for damage/replacements. 

Due to manufacturing from suppliers, some items occasionally come in with small imperfections on them, they will never be sent out with noticeable damage, but some spots are out of my control and these marks are not a basis for a refund.
